1. Bryce Young

3. KJ Jefferson
4. Myles Brennan/Jayden Daniels/Garrett Nussmeier
5. Jaxson Dart
6. Max Johnson/Haynes King
7. TJ Finley or Zack Calzada
This is my post spring ranking. Jefferson doesn't have the receiving talent even though Haselwood transfered over, their other WRs looked off. Dart will be decent, but his receivers are mediocre. They did bring the 4 star TE from USC over, but I don't see that as being enough. Don't thing Johnson or King is good (the freshman QB will be great in 2023 though), and the only reason I don't have them lower is because Auburn's situation is worse.

With the accuracy Nuss showed, LSU has 3 guys that could legit do well as the starter. By game one, any of our top 3 will be a top 5 SEC QB, that is my prediction. Our QB room, if nobody leaves, will be the best in the country.

This is my way too early post season top 10 SEC finish based on who I believe will be the best QBs, taking their receiving talent and rushing ability into consideration.

1. Young - until I see 3 games in, even with no experience at WR outside of Burton, he's my top pick.
2. Rogers - dude is likely going to put up over 5000 yards and 45+ TDs. Highest cmp% for a Mike Leach QB of all time, and brings back 7 of his top 9 receivers including 3 of the top 4.
3. Daniels - yep, I said it. Call me biased or not, I think by the time LSU starts game one, he will have the job locked up 100%. The talent around him is ridiculous, he runs like a wide receiver, and the RPO fits him like a glove. Once he gets the footwork and timing down with the WRs, it will be game over. His experience will be instrumental in playing in the SEC West.
4. Carson Beck/Stetson Bennett - whoever starts at UGA has the monSTARS at TE. They could legit line up in a 4-5 TE set and make people look silly. The WRs are pretty good too, they just haven't had the QB nor offense.
5. Hendon Hooker - one of the most slept on QBs in the country, but the kid only has one legit receiving option. The other guys either transfered or went to the NFL, and they didn't get a transfer nor pull in a top 45 of his position from high school. I can see another good year, but it won't be as good as his 2021 season.
6. Spencer Rattler - if they can give him a good pocket, he'll have a really good season. They brought in his TE from Oklahoma, they have a good hybrid TE already, and they have 2 transfer WRs, that, while they were on a lower level, both put up great numbers with one having elite numbers.
7. Anthony Richardson AR15 - this kid is going to be a monster in the future. He doesn't have the receiving talent yet, but he will put up decent passing numbers, and if he can stay healthy, I can see 1000 yards and 10-15 rushing TDs for him.
8. KJ Jefferson - he will have to be even more of a runner this year, but that makes him truly dangerous. Haselwood is no Burks.
9. Jaxson Dart - this kid is overrated, but he has the talent and is in the right system to be great in 2023. This year I think he puts up okay numbers. The Ole Miss run game will be the thing everybody talks about.
10. Will Levis - doesn't have the receiving option like last year so I expect him to dip, but he can run so he won't fall outside of the top 10 QBs.
