I would recommend getting a CPA for tax planning/ advice if you aren’t familiar with a Schedule E on your tax return. For rentals you have depreciation to think about and you’re also dealing with passive income or losses which may be limited if you have a loss. P&N may not be the best firm as far as pricing goes if you only have rental properties. Larger firms like that have minimums
