Watching this game tonight makes me miss the clean cut facial hair rule that Mainieri enforced. Always liked the Yankees standard especially for these college kids. It’s all in the details.

I think trimmed beards like Travinski and Vietmier have look good and make them look older/more intimidating, but yeah the mullets and staches look kind of goofy. I always thought under Manieri a lot of our players looked like they were 16 cause none had facial hair.
