Bingo, the more resistant you make a food source the harder it is on your epigenome to break down the nutrients so your body can absorb them. Eventually, all that irritation to your body will cause an allergy or a cancer.

This isn't true. People cross pollinate all the time which is technically a GMO. There are thousands of pepper varietals.
There are also several fruits that are hybrids that are good for you. You don't know what you are talking about but I do respect your good intentions.

So you’re saying heat resistant plants are also resistant to teeth and stomach acid, the main ways we breakdown food?
