However, when you respond to somebody with “all you guys”, it’s natural for the person to whom you’re responding to assume he’s included in that group…is it not?

In a world where we are extremely concise with our internet banter.
I didn't know your English was that similar to a straight off the boat Indian.
I'll try to not use such strong words when you are around.
Shall I go edit it to make sure others don't take it so literally?
