Has anyone visited Portland, OR recently? What are the current COVID restrictions?

What's the COVID situation like in Portland right now? Are places still requiring masks? Do you have to show vaccination proof to enter restaurants, bars, hotels, etc? Might have to be there end of April.

No masks in Oregon since the middle of March or so. I don't live in Portland but it shouldn't be any different there than it is in the rest of the state.

I can't speak for the whole city but I visited a spot that was requiring them previously but not now.
