Boycott=> I don't like it, so I won't buy, watch, listen, support
Canceling=> I don't like it, so NOBODY can buy, watch, listen, support
Did you catch the difference? I mean it is subtle.
The right boycotts, the left cancels.
There is no hypocrisy in this

FWIW, I'm working under a third model which is just walking away. I've accepted the fact that most of these institutions have been completely overtaken by The Left, and I have no belief they will turn back to the center. This means things I used to love have walked away from me FIRST, and it's now my decision to accept them doing that or hie my head in the sand and continue to support them after they're gone.
In essence, the decision is to accept the fact that the girl left me and is with someone new now and move on with my life and find someone new for me as well, or continue to not just stalk her but PAY HER while doing so. That's the move of a simp, and I'm not about that.
Cancelling is for The Left. Boycotts are for those who wish to get the girl back after she's told them she hates them and is openly fricking every other guy in town. Try just letting go as she thrashes to get away from you...that way there is no longing for the day she'll come to her sense and ask you back.
