Exactly the case. The watered-down version of "Christianity" has become a sad joke and many of its Church policies along with its Pastors, Reverends and Priests, heretical.
These bogus strains and just as narcissistic and materialistic as the secular world. The Bible doesn't dance around it; its warns: "NARROW IS THE PATH."
Time spent in faith and worship of our Lord should NOT be considered a "sentence" or as some kind of accrued Heavenly "credit" system based on "time spent in church confinement." Yet, that's how many of us have looked at attendance and fellowship (especially when a football game was on at the same time -- admit it, baws.
