I have never had Unlimited PTO. Sounds like a bad idea and I wouldn't be taking much anyways. My last job you got two weeks tops and it didn't roll. No sick time either. That place blew goats. Where I am now in government is awesome
10 Paid Holidays and 160 hours PTO per year up to year 3. Then it jumps to 200 hours. Then 224 at year 10 and finally 256 at 20 years. It carries over up to 320 I think.
Everyone seems to stack it until its maxed and then they are forced to take their accrual every year.
