I've met Coach K three times and I've met Bobby Knight once. I was with other high school coaches when I met them. They couldn't have been more different from each other.
Bobby Knight was gracious and very cool, and Coach K was an a**hole all 3 times.

I’m jealous you’ve met coaching legends. And As a basketball fan I will go to my grave saying knight is the goat . But I’m just reporting from what came out of that new book about coach k, and it is decidedly not a lionization of him. Knight comes off as the biggest thin skin prick who could never forget k beating him. Knight comes off looking really bad.
