Trump has demonstrated his intent. He put his plan into action. That we're seven years into this and you're still saying "we don't get it!" is crazy.
The problem is you, not Trump's communication. The only reason you guys want a specific itemized plan is so you can tear it apart with willfully bad faith arguments.

no, i'd rather the leader of the free world have a defined plan. and again, there's nothing like that in the statements quoted in the op
