Not sure if that's a function of me getting older, but the appealing things about New Orleans aren't as appealing to me anymore. And the drawbacks are more glaring, even as a visitor. Is that happening to anyone else? Is this part of getting older?

We used to love going when we were younger but the things that we used to do in Nola no longer interest me in my mid 40s.
