You cannot beat the atmosphere at Joseph Phelps. It is slightly pricey so it is not a once a trip stop. We do however stop at Caymus every trip and pop into the tasting bar (no reservation). They roll the tasting fee into any purchase you make so you can take a bottle back to the hotel.
