I understand the push to make judges partisan and political actors based on who appointed them, but it’s really just not that big of a deal. This judge will still be subject to the appellate court’s jurisdiction and will rule based on precedent in that Circuit or be reversed later on.

It is obscenely ridiculous to insinuate a party subjected to an original adverse outcome d/t a biased, partisan judge is as fairly treated as one whose proceedings were overseen by a nonpartisan. That is stupid to the point of being sick.

If you truly believe this, that this judge will rule fairly.............wouldnt the fair and honorable thing be for him to recuse HIMSELF for fear of bias? After all, if the case has no merit another judge will rule it so, correct....am I right??????. Makes one wonder if he truly is biased does it not?

This isn’t about the judge being appointed by a generic Democrat or Republican.
This judge was appointed by Bill CLINTON who’s wife, Hillary CLINTON, is a named defendant in this lawsuit.
That is absolutely a conflict of interest.
