You're incorrect. It's deadly. The Miss River Bridge is often backed up due to shitty civil planning and a one lane bottleneck heading into Baton Rouge. Also, there are people driving from out of state or who are not familiar with that stretch of interstate that cross over the Hwy 415 overpass at 70 to 75 mph. Every so often they will crash into the back of someone who is at a dead stop. This, most times, results in critical injuries or death. It's really bad when it's an 18 wheeler. They can't stop like your average sedan or half ton truck.
