The facts about Mad Les

No need to panic just yet.
I'm liking Mad Les more all the time. He has balls the size of coconuts. He is totally fearless, he'll call any play at any time. His teams are so much fun to watch. Players love playing for him. And some of his stats are just mindblowing. This is his 4th year at LSU, he's 38-7.
End of the year rankings first three years: 5, 3, 1. Since he arrived, we've never lost to a bad team, not once. The only unranked team he lost to was last year in triple OT to Arkansas, and they weren't exactly chopped liver with McFadden and Felix Jones. And he's won 6 straight games against top 10 teams. His stats bury Urban Meyer's. Has anybody forgotten Fla. lost to Ole Piss last week at home?!! And for those who have amnesia, check out how Fla. finished out the season last year after losing to us. It was embarassing. I'll take Les over Urban any frickin day. Are we going to the NCG again this year? Probably not. That's pretty hard to do, wouldn't you say? But we do have a chance to return to Atlanta if we right the ship. Wouldn't it be fun to get another crack at the Tebow and knock them out of the title game? That would be orgasmic.

quote:Dam straight, that would really be a good ending but the team who's won in the regular season has all but once won again in the SECCG. Maybe we can be the second.

If we make it to the SECCG, we play for the NC.

I dunno. With the beating we took we may be on the outside looking even if we win out. The voters are moving SC up the ladder and if Texas wins the Big-12, it'll be a rematch of '04.

This will mean we would have beaten at least two top 10 opponents possibly Top 5.
I, like most LSU fans, am hoping last night was an anomaly.
I believe our defense is better than what we saw last night. We will find out next Saturday.

Another Top 10 team that imploded later.

they had already imploded. they had a loss coming into the game against LSU
are you trying to claim AU has imploded this year also?

When we played them AU had one of the best D's in the SEC. They averaged 5pts a game against ULM, USM, and State. They were no slouch.

no no no you see what happened was the "post-LSU" factor
we beat them up so badly that they were so affected and lost to vandy and arky
it just shows you HOW GOOD LSU IS!!!

LSU showing the world that Ole Miss and Wake Forest are for real.

NC would be nice but I was not thinking that in the biginning of the year due to new QBs. I don't think anyone realy was. Now anything less in not good? One loss to Fla and may loose another game somewhere down the line. Most people said we would loose 3 this year in the begining of the season. Now it's if we don't go undefeated it is not good enough.
LSU plays for the SEC Championship first.

We're clearly amazing. Our Mad Hatter DESTROYED auburns mojo. Same thing he did with Miami and Notre Dame. He took our damn strong team against quality programs and most the most of the opportunity! LAWLZ FEAR THE HAT! 143!
