The guy was literally the worst special teams coach in the history of organized football and to reward him for that his buddy Miles promotes him to Co-DC. Fantastic move.

I love how Miles didn't have the clout at Michigan to put over hiring these 2 scrubs so he resigned himself to hiring Tenuta for his Michigan DC. Poor us. Lets see if he rides his boys straight to a Gerry D style early retirement.

nobody can really argue with the special teams comment. LSU had HORRIBLE special teams under peveto

PURPLE SWARM

I figured Peveto would probably suck. I am more disappointed in Mallory.

well that sure makes up for the shitty coaching. I mean he did land Kelvin Sheppard and Riley and thats pretty much it. And they obviously are unstoppable when combined with his lovely LB coaching and DC scheme.

we have the most talented DL in the nation, the best MLB in the SEC along with some decent LB's around him, a fast as hell secondary that has proven they can tackle, and yet we give up about 5,000 yds of offense to UF whenever Harvin is nicked up. I hate myself.

this program recruits itself for the most part. If he's not pulling his weight on the coaching side he needs to go

chances Miles actually demotes or fires these two douches at the end of the year? I say zero. I think he'll ride them until 8-4 starts to turn into 5-7 and they all have to go.

Man Tenuta would be great right about now. Really, I wish we would have went after Muschamp I guess. I am very dissapointed with our D. We have the talent to be much much better then that.

I was afraid of this Max. I think if we happen to make it to 8-4 this year or 9-3 and still give up ton of yrds in the process, he will keep them around b/c we won the games.

there's going to have to be some serious uprising for him to make a move. If say Bama comes to town and our D gets ripped I don't see the money guys would allow the D to stay under such awful care

and yes I'll work on BDP's scarlet letter

yeah, i haven't or wont read anything about the game but i can guarantee that Miles is blaming it all on the players as usual. Saying they were all right there to make the plays and its just a teeny tiny minor correction away from being the perfect defense. I'm sure he'll highlight the McCray vs Harvin play as proof of this. fricking delusion.

Bama and UGA will both score a lot IMO. Not saying we can't outscore them, but they will be tough games to win.

I think our D matches up well with UGA's O

the key to JPW is obviously getting pressure, which we can't generate so thats pretty worrying
