what is best way to buy or order and have installed michelin tires(found out if one all wheel tire is damaged you must replace all)

Got a Costco membership? If so, they have good prices on tires.
Or, you could order on-line and bring them to a service station that does tires to have them mounted and balanced.
If you go to a tire shop, they will likely charge you a premium since you didn't buy the tires from them-----if they even will mount and balance them that is.

I believe tire dealers can shave a new tire so that the tread depth matches the other 3 tires.
