Yep. Wade still looks like a numbnut but we could’ve gone the kansas route. Hell we probably could’ve gone the Auburn route, sacrificed Armstrong and thrown away next year with a postseason ban. But like I’ve been saying it all comes down to Woodward wanting his own hire. The arrival of the NOA was what he was waiting for. I wouldn’t be surprised if they received the NOA weeks ago but only leaked it last week to crank up the heat on Wade. Otherwise all parties could’ve waited till after the season but they’ve neutered the team to almost seemingly sabotage the chance of a run. You could see even before the loss to Arkansas Wade seemed a bit exasperated.

you wonder the reason why they did it before the tournament because if LSU would somehow made a run at the championship it would have been a lot harder to get rid of him?
