They didn't need to find him guilty beyond reasonable doubt. They just needed to convince people that something was fishy and warranted a closer look in a trial. If 9 women, backed by accusations from 13 others can't convince a grand jury that there is enough smoke to be looking for a fire, then I don't see how anyone can still think this dude is a sexual predator.
Also, I doubt the Texans owner is able to attract a decent free agent or keep anyone that another team might want after their contract expires after this. Players talk and they know how franchises treat players.
