Well I thought Russia was going to steamroll Ukraine.
The fact there is still organized resistance is impressive.
The Russian military is second rate and the west have given Ukraine a lot of high tech weapons.

3 weeks and major cities are captured with inroads to surrounding the capital is impressive? Did you think they would teleport to Kyiv?

I estimated 2 weeks for Kiev.
I am definitely impressed with their fight.
Im not sure if russia has changed their initial strategy or if they are just on a slower version of plan A

That’s not what Putin’s original intentions were.
This was more about minimizing collateral damage, shoe up in massive numbers and escalate force if necessary

That's true. US armed peasants before against Russians in the Afghanistan. Now they're doing it in Ukraine, but Ukraine has no mountains and I don't think Russia wants to hold Ukraine, they just want to destroy all their military/infrastructure and probably take away their access to black sea.

After WWII there was organized resistance to the Soviets into the 1950's. This isn't going to end anytime soon.
