Well they could have if they had listened to President Trump.
But we are just as stupid (as Americans) as Europe is. We are completely reliant on China for so many things, such as materials to make antibiotics, car parts and all other sorts of stuff. We used to be the manufacturing empire of the world and now we cant even make our own underwear.
