Care to explain how my housekeeper can afford a Tesla (if she can even find one in stock). Because she can’t afford gas either.
Perhaps if we were not engaged in a power struggle over energy supply bc Climate Change Fanatics live in a religious state of ecstasy that we can all ride our bikes to work and not use air conditioning. As they are driving to work in $70,000 teslas in air conditioning bc they are important.
You want to make sure people are free? Make sure that people can actually afford to independently drive around.

Tell her to take the bus. If she can't afford gas, she should probably save money on car insurance as well.
But if she insists, tell her she can get a Nissan Leaf for about $21k after FedGov rebate.
