They’ve been hindered, yes.
But they are also slowly advancing for a reason. Whether logistical or strategic…hard to tell. Probably both.
They need a force to make it to the east side of Kyev. So far UA has done a great job keeping the eastern advance from advancing to edge of the city.
The terrain they’re on limits them to only traveling on the road way, or yes they would get stuck and a few have. Several key bridges have also been taken out.
