Actually you should read the books by Lee Cockerell. He saved the parks in the nineties when Eisner ran them into the ground. You used to get really good service for the money. Fortune 500 companies and many more send/sent their management to the Disney Institute just to learn how they do service. They created value. That ship has sailed though.
