Fully Vaccinated Account for 9 of 10 Covid Deaths, Official Data Shows

The study from the article you linked:
quote:

High levels of protection (over 90%) are also seen against mortality with all 3 vaccines and
against both the Alpha and Delta variants with relatively limited waning

At 25+ weeks following the second dose, vaccine effectiveness was
around 60% while at 2 or more weeks following a booster vaccine effectiveness was 95%
against mortality.

Funny how I’m supposed to be outraged at about Putin when my own government has been poisoning my fellow citizens.

Lurking variable: 92% of all adults have been vaccinated in England.

Perhaps the better statistic is that in a country with 92% vaccinated, their death rate is 8 per one-million. The United States has 64% vaccinated, and our death rate is 34 per one-million.

Try a *little* harder.

I take it, most of the people on this board can't possible comprehend what you are trying to say. The link on the OP has been proven to be fake news. If the majority of a country or sample size is vaccinated, the percentages would be higher for that group. The only number that means anything is the likelihood one would die from Covid within a certain number.

People that received the vaccine died at a rate of 1.4 people out of 100,000, vs unvaccinated that died at a rate of around 12.9 people per 100,000. Basically, unvaccinated people were 10 times more likely to die than vaccinated.

But most of the people on this board don't like facts.
