Correct me if I'm wrong, but our unmanned aircraft, stealth aircraft, GPS, satellite defense/offense and precision striking is unmatched by Russia. Obviously they have the nuclear capacity to basically match so it's somewhat moot in that we could ever display our round-by-round dominance and take it to the scorecards for a 10-2 type unanimous decision.
