Laughable.
Many of those countries can hardly field a fighting force right now. China owns most of the world's industry and could shatter most nation's economies at will. On top of which, this is an old empire run by a cold-blooded dictator. They will not blink at things most modern western nations would never stomach.
The only way we could hurt China is economically, but the money pulling the strings would never allow it.

China has only been allowed to become this paper tiger by specifically not doing this.

And if that industry wasn't selling to the world, how long could China keep it going? Their economy is already a house of cards facing a major slide. You think shutting off the few productive centers could keep it afloat?

I think you underestimate what would happen to Xi if the monied class in China stood to lose it all. There is a reason why Xi has been trying to reign in that specific population the past couple of years.
