I have a 2017 Silverado, 130,000 miles. Just replaced the transmission with a rebuild not from dealer, about a month ago. I'm getting 2-3 mpg less with the rebuild. Thoughts on why this would be happening? TIA

Is your Speedo accurate? Is it locking the torque converter when it’s supposed to? Are the gear ratios the same?

Take to a good shop and get them to check serial data between tranny valve body and ABS/Speed sensors. If not, rebuild may have a beefier, heavier TC. Which is worth 2-3 mpg drop.
