re: Bank fishing for Catfish Baton Rouge

I think they have catfish in the BREC park on Burbank by the soccer fields. I also see a good number of people fishing they bayou (Fountain, I think, maybe Manchac) further down Burbank by the light at Highland. Presumably they're fishing for cat.
