Some good assessment by DefMon3 on the current state of things after the slowing of movement south by Ukraine around Robotyne.

There has not been any major change on the Robotyne frontline the last 10 days. It would seem RU have succeeded in slowing down UA progress by moving and engaging the 76th VDv division to Zaporizhzhia. It's not unlikely we are will see a period with more focus on attrition.

In Kherson region last year we saw operations in to mid November without any major issues. I dont think weather will have a huge impact on the offensive. Especially since we aren't really seeing any maneuvering warfare.

Unfortunately the only way to root the Russians out of their holes is with the infantry. Tanks and Bradleys are great but it’s still going to come down to guys physically fighting for the trenches. Heavy artillery barrages of both HE and cluster shells to allow the guys on the ground to get into position but then it’s all on them and there will be losses. This is the price of letting the Russians have several months to prepare defensive positions. I’m of the opinion that Ukraine can’t ever stop the counter offensive in order to win this war. They must be on the attack 24/7 365 days a year putting pressure on the Russians and never giving them the chance to regroup. Even in the muddy season they have to put pressure on the Russians until you break their will. Once you break their will to fight it’s over with.

Some geolocation and satellite imagery of the claimed strike on the Yevpatoria S-400 battery. Tatarigami has some good satellite imagery while Mark Krutov has the back story GOP Tiger mentioned earlier that claims to show the site being photographed by tourists earlier in August this year.

Preliminary BDA assessment thread on successful Yevpatoria attack: tonight, videos surfaced, showing explosions in close vicinity to Yevpatoria. Satellite imagery confirms S-400 battery engagement, destroying at least one S-400 TEL near Zaozerne.

link in the last tweet. It looks like Ukraine has finally hit the S-400 positions, which were revealed earlier last year by tourists taking photos near the beach close to the city of Yevpatoria. https://twitter.com/kromark/status/1561448420673404929

Edit: Clarity.
