Don't know if anyone else has noticed, but in the last few days, since Friday, official UKR sources and Zelenskyy himself have been going out of their way to say they will negotiate with Russia, but refuse to do it with Putin in charge. Interesting signaling.

He signed an executive order that says Ukraine will not negotiate with Russia until Putin is dethroned. The man is wily.

I have. If I’m not mistaken he even signed some sort or decree saying such.
