For carrying stuff to the beach in general or a surf fishing Cart?
Could spend the money and replace the wheels if the cart is otherwise functional.
Warning, these are not cheap but work fantastic, particularly on soft, loose sand.

This fishing cart works for beach gear too. Particularly if you get the liner for it. I think you may be able to find it cheaper than this.
