I t cracks me up, the city can’t fix a fricking pot hole, but when they pick up people’s Mardi Gras shite they’re right on it…
What a shite hole..
The woman makes a valid point, the homeless basically have a landfill under the over pass and the city doesn’t give a shite, but put chairs before a parade, oh no…
It tells me she was with her stuff since they didn’t take it..

Everyone knows how this works.
Next Thursday and Friday, they will clear out the underpasses and the NOFD will go wash them out.
Homeless will return a few days later.
Then, about 4-5 days before the Final Four, the city will do it again.
They always do it right before big events.
Rest of the time, they don't care.
