Average is terrible.

If you want to find a positive in Milazzo he is putting the ball in play much more than in the past it seems like. The K% is nice to see. I haven't been to enough scrimmages to know if he is making good contact and it is not falling for him or if it is a bunch of weak contact.

Some players are just better when you turn the lights on for real
You have to evaluate your team and try and create game like scenarios
let's get the entire team in the dugout and play real games and players like crews are gonna rise to the occasion
