With the information known at this time, it seems as if he was really just doing his job. Unless some new information comes up (ie he had just nabbed a child and threw it in the back of the van), those guys appear very guilty.

The thing that I dont agree with is implying that this was racially motivated, which is really what the media wants to push. It could be and it could not be. But there will now be the assumption that they would've let a white guy go without chasing him down. I have no idea how you would even know that unless you can read minds or they have some history of doing this.
