This was epic. I can only imagine the energy and excitement in the stands those final 10 laps. It was breathtaking even watching at home.

If you're referring to the Nordschleife, there's no other track in the world like it. Sadly it's no longer suitable for F1 racing. Fans don't want to wait that long for the cars to come around for another lap and it's too big to have complete camera coverage. It's also pretty narrow. Certainly it's as iconic as any other track on earth.
Now the GP track is another matter. I can't say I'm a big fan of that venue. Turns 2-4 are interesting and hard to get just right but the rest of it is kind of boring. I don't know who designed it but if you told me it was Herman Tilke, I'd believe you.
