Happens at work all the time. Usually like
“Hey, I sent over to you this report. In regards of this item, I took action x y and z because that’s what I believe to be the best approach to be. Please let me know your feedback”
And the response will just be “no problem.”
Are you saying my judgement was correct or are you saying it doesn’t matter to the overall scope of the report?
Or sometimes I will do something obviously not an issue and they’ll just say no problem because they don’t know what else to say.
“Hey, I changed the setting from A to H in the system.”
“No Problem.”
Of course it’s not a problem. I wouldn’t have done it if I thought it would be. I’m letting you know for professional courtesy
It’s just bad communication like 85% of the time I feel like
