Not sure why people are downvoting that. It’s true. The magnetic poles are moving at the fastest pace in recorded history (like 50 miles per year). They have had a couple emergencies adjusting for it. Personally, I think we are in the beginning stages of a magnetic pole flip or magnetic pole excursion. Our magnetosphere has weakened 15% in the last 30 years. It’s been decreasing faster and faster

Because most people have never heard of space weather. I follow it nominally through the YouTube channel Suspicious0bservers and they periodically update the magnetic pole migration.
