he plan on the city website is to put a roundabout at Pecue and Highland. Will certainly make that intersection much safer. I’ve seen several bad accidents at that intersection over the last few years.

The new one in Ascension Parish by Prarieville Middle seems to have fewer issues than the ones they added in Walker. The ones at LSU seems to be working without issue as well, along with the one on Government/Lobdell.
So I'm going to assume it's a Livingston Parish driver problem.
