Its also a misunderstanding of the issue. To get into coaching in either college or the pros, anyone who doesn't have extensive NFL experience has to basically volunteer for several years before getting a paid position. White people on average are much more likely to have the support system to allow them to take the unpaid job for a little bit. I am not trying to get into an argument for why this is the case, I don't really care who is to blame for it, and I honestly don't care what the solution is.
TLDR: we have more white coaches because A) coaching doesn't take athleticism, B) There are just more white people in the USA, and C) White people are more likely to be able to go through the "intern" process of being a coach.
