Sorry for the bad quality image. Wake Forest University is damn close to this. Some parts of campus are less than a mile, and there are entire apartment complexes within the possible blast zone.

With all the ridiculous regulations and bureaucracy in this country governing nearly every aspect of our lives, how is it possible that ammonium nitrate is still allowed to accumulate in the hundreds of tons in one small area?
