Dude is absolute bottom of the barrel scum.

No he's not. He is a very high character guy (at least apparently) who has never been anything but upright. He has a GIANT chip on his shoulder about the lack of opportunities afforded to black coaches and administrators, and he labors to have that corrected.

He errs in this, and he errs in the direction of too much whining, but it's a big deal to him, and it is more important to him than his alma mater is - and it should be.

And sometimes he's right. When we argue that we are going to hire the best coach, and he happens to be white, that is a valid point. But when that coach is Ed Orgeron HE has the valid point.

Careful making valid points, they are usually not well received.

It comes off as if Clark believes there is this secret racist cabal at LSU working tirelessly to stop the advancement of black coaches world wide. That would be a neat story to expose and all but I do think sometimes it’s a simple as incompetence and a lazy administration. We just closed the door on an era of terrible management, from University President, AD and head coaches, we finally have a clean slate. I love the direction President Tate has LSU heading.

Lastly, Clark’s “old white guy” attacks on CBK were an emotionally lashing out over how Raymond was handled. I think he will regret that once he sees the positive impact on academics and graduation rates that CBK is known for.
