In reality, most of us drive vehicles that are "more" than what we "need".
If society wanted, most of us could drive our first car for our entire life.
But we're an aspiring society, and fortunately, as a nation, we've been prosperous the half a century. Our houses, clothes and vehicles reflect our nation's wealth.
Some of us drive vehicles that are cost $1000 more than what we need, other $10,0000, and others a bunch more.
If your in the portion that $20-30k matters to you, just be proud in your gas powered Platinum.
Some can afford to show off a little more than you.
