Yes they are that good.
Family friend from Nola brought one over last weekend -- I had never heard of them--best king cake ever, with that fluffy pastry-like breading.
I'm not a fan of the doughnut and cinnamon roll doughy and chewy style king cakes.
This Vietnamese king cake was awesome, running neck and neck with Kellar's.
