You’re an absolute idiot if you believe this. If you can sell 20% more at the same price, why in the hell would a business leave that money on the table? Working with food processors for 25 years, I understand how production works.

What if you can sell the same amount of king cakes at 20% higher price?

Work smarter, not harder.

Price isn't what matters. Profit is what matters. And really, marginal profit is what matters.

I have a number of restaurant / food production clients. 98% of them are terrible businessmen and have little to no financial sense.
