This is why I don't care for LSU players to make comments like this. It may not be a big deal, but it certainly doesn't help. Now, any questionable hit will undoubtedly draw a 15-yd. penalty.

Intersting how 50/50 Florida is about the comment.

We've said things to upset Tebow in the past and it has shown to cause him to play with extreme emotion. Look for him to have some extracurricular activity that could be flagged for unsportsman like activity.
Tebow plays poorly when: (1) under duress from heavy rush, AND (2) he lets his emotions get the best of him and stops playing with his head.
Obviously, either way it would have been best to remain silent and carry a big stick but I don't think we need to blow this out of proportion any moreso than it already is.
Remember, Les and his team are sly like foxes.

I agree, no big deal. I actually like a little banter going back and forth during the week.

yep, I'm sure the team knows about the cell phone thing last yr, I think Tebow was so emotional that caused him to make mistakes, thanks to the fans
hopefully he will try to be superman again, b/c I think we and the whole SEC is ready for his bullshite this yr.

Tebow and Fla. offense is one dimesional, If he's not handing off to Harvin (the main guy), it's Raines, Demps, or James. other than that he throws occasionally downfield.

Despite the poll or its results, RJF needs to STFU.

That Orlando Sentinel reporter is a bitch. 97% sure that article is fabricated.

I'm curious at how you arrived at 97%.

In fairness, Jean-Francois and his fellow lineman Tyson Jackson both expressed a respect for Tebow and his toughness in last week's interviews. And an LSU lineman hitting any QB full steam with no block is like the "car wreck," not just Tebow.
But that doesn't mean they don't want to lay him out, Jean-Francois said.
"I think every lineman wants to get a good hit on a Heisman Trophy winner," Jean-Francois said.
What so bad about it?

Look at the map, only the Big 10 states and Georgia think it was uncalled for. crybabies!

Was that a Slantinel reporter? FWIW the Slantinel is a completely anti-Gator paper. Guaranteed if the Gators beat us this weekend, the page one story in the sports section will be about the FSU and UCF games. The Slantinel pisses on Tebow and hates Meyer. Meanwhile, Bobby Bowden gets a knob job for beating Costal Carolina. The Slantinel-UF fued goes back to when Spunky coached the Gators. They hated him too.
