Adding cover from the elements is dumb? Sorry but I don’t enjoy having to re-apply sunscreen multiple times during September and early October games or getting completely drenched when a deluge sets up. People might actually want to sit up in the nosebleeds if they had cover. Until then, enjoy seeing those seats be perpetually empty and going for $5 or free.


ETA: something dumb might be to create a stage somewhere in the stadium for a band or artist to perform during the multitudes of breaks there are. Even with how dumb that is that’s the way the stadium experiences around the country seem to be going and it would be a major hit to be on the cutting edge of it.
