There will be a buyout, he’ll sit on the coach or a tv studio for a year, McCarthy will fall on his face again next season, then Jerry Jones will get desperate and throw a lot of cash at Payton.

Jerry Jones is probably writing that check right now. No doubt if this is a "retirement" Jerry will be the one to lure Sean back to coaching and happily pay the compensation to the Saints
