He acts in his country’s self interest. I wish we had leaders here who did the same, but instead our taxes go towards being the world’s charity while running up massive debt ourselves, subsidizing shithole countries who don’t always act in our interests, leave our border wide open, and pay for Europe’s defense so those countries can use money saved on defense to fund their socialized healthcare
